Atrium finds your next flat, books the visits, and hands you the keys.
It lives in WhatsApp. Tell it what you are looking for in Zürich and it watches every portal, applies within minutes, books the viewings and handles the dossier, keeping you posted in one thread.
- 01 · Brief
Tell it what you want
Budget, Kreis, move-in date, the dog, the home office. Plain sentences. No filters to fiddle with, no account to create.
- 02 · Match
It watches every portal
Flatfox, Homegate, ImmoScout24, Comparis, tutti, plus the managers' own pages like Wincasa and Livit. It sends only the handful that fit, with photos, a 3D tour when there is one, and a line on why it matched.
- 03 · Visit
It books your viewing
Say yes and it applies for the slot, group viewing or private, and drops it in your calendar. You see every message before it goes out.
- 04 · Keys
It gets you the keys
Dossier, Betreibungsauszug, references, deposit account, contract, handover. Atrium chases everyone who needs chasing until the door is yours.
3D TOUROpen tourOne thread, not twelve
Every listing, viewing and document in the same chat. Nothing lost across five portals and four management inboxes.
It replies first
Good flats in Zürich go the same morning. Atrium applies within minutes of a listing going live, with your dossier attached.
You stay in charge
It asks before it acts. Nothing is sent, booked or signed without you saying yes.
Questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. Atrium is a WhatsApp contact. Send it a message and you are started.
Where does it search?
Flatfox, Homegate, ImmoScout24, Comparis and tutti, plus the listing pages of the big managers such as Wincasa, Livit and Privera. If a flat is public in Zürich, Atrium sees it.
Does it talk to the management company as me?
It applies and writes on your behalf, and always shows you the message before it goes out. You can edit or cancel anything.
Where do the 3D visits come from?
When the manager has published a virtual tour, Atrium pulls it into the thread so you can rule a flat out before spending an evening on a group viewing.
What happens to my documents?
Your dossier, including the Betreibungsauszug and payslips, is shared only with managers you approve, and nobody else. Ask Atrium to delete it and it is gone.
What does it cost?
Searching and viewings are free. You pay a flat fee only once you sign a lease Atrium found for you.
